Digital Learning Lab
The Digital Learning Lab, located in Room 203 in Morton Library, offers faculty and students from UPSem and BTSR, as well as local church leaders by appointment, a dedicated space for the use and creation of digital multimedia objects for instruction and communication. (Think websites, blogs, online teaching tools, photo editing…..) The Lab was designed using most resources at a consumer level in hopes that the tools and skills used in the lab would not be out of reach for individuals or congregations. In addition to open hours and individual consultations, classes will be offered throughout the year. Browse the calendar below to see what is coming or to see hours when our Digital Lab student staff will be in the Lab.
Lab Hours by Appointment
Although the IRC is open when the Library is open, the Digital Learning Lab has particular open hours when anyone is welcome to come in and work. The Classes/Events page shows our open hours when students will be in the lab to help, but an appointment can be made for any time between 8 am – 4:00 pm during the week by making a request in advance. Appointments can be made on Saturday by special arrangements only for those working on class projects. Please fill out the form below to request a particular time and we will be in touch with you to confirm your appointment. Let us know what you want to work on in the Lab so we can have the best person available to give you guidance.
